    Weatherboard cladding
    in Cranbrook

    Weatherboard cladding is a versatile choice, similar in appearance to flat log cladding but using a feathered board instead. For this project, we sourced the weatherboard cladding from local suppliers to support businesses in and around Cranbrook.

    There are several options for external wall thickness: 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm. These insulated walls make it easy for electricians to install wiring and piping on-site, offering added convenience during the build.

    For windows, we offer a range of durable options, including UPVC, timber, or a combination of wood and Alu Clad. Flooring choices include laminate, engineered wood, or solid wood, which are available in finishes like oak or rustic pine. All cladding is externally treated to ensure complete weatherproofing and long-term protection.

    This type of construction is durable, well-insulated, and quick to assemble on-site, allowing you to start enjoying your new timber building sooner. For this project, we used pre-made panels crafted by our trusted partners in Transylvania, who begin production once the final bespoke drawings are approved.

    The timber is responsibly sourced from the Carpathian Mountains, while the external cladding comes from reputable English suppliers. You can choose between half-round or flat log finishes. External walls are available in 100mm, 150mm, or 200mm thicknesses. All wood is kiln-dried and treated for enhanced durability and long-term protection.

    Laminated log home
    in Lenham

    This type of log home is an excellent solution for a granny annexe or a residential mobile home. The three-bedroom model shown here is a bespoke mobile holiday home, custom-built to the client’s exact specifications. The floor features 200mm joists insulated with 150mm DriTherm slabs, while the ceiling is insulated to the same standard, ensuring the home stays warm and cosy throughout.

    This home is constructed using 95mm x 170mm logs, with options available up to 240mm thickness. High-rise logs are also offered. For residential log cabins, we can provide logs without insulation, while larger units can benefit from thermo-wall insulation up to 150mm. The grooves in our logs feature double sealant and a factory-installed insulation strip, creating highly airtight walls.
